Your QM iPay account is used to pay for:
- Library Fines
- Prints from Student Service Workstations
- Photocopies in all Queen Mary Libraries
- Wireless prints
Student Service and QM Library i-Pay accounts have been consolidated into one centralised QM iPay account. User balances from Student Service print accounts were added to QM iPay accounts on Tuesday 21 August 2012.
Printing, copying and Library Fines are paid for using your QM iPay account which is associated to your College ID card, similar to TfL’s Oyster scheme. When you first register to use the student service, a complimentary £4.00 of credit will be added to your QM iPay account. Returning students ITS print account balances will be transferred to your iPay account on Monday the 20th August. As well as topping up your account using cash kiosks located in each of the Libraries you can top-up, check your balance and your account history online at:
